I'm just wondering, if anyone knew a good place where they do engine cleaning and maybe even polishing?.
I also need the surrounding areas cleaned and looking nice.

i'm sure you can clean the engine yourself.. as for polishing generally you will have to remove the parts you want polished, and take them to somewhere that does metal polishing.
Leigh has had his headers polished, maybe he can answer regarding polish |

Yeah, and Pete spent ages polishing his GR intake manifold himself. Came up very nicely, hehe.

the thing is, the grease is so heavily in, it's really hard to take off, ive used so many things.
What's the best thing to use to take off hard greased up areas? |

Possibly something really evil like 'Carb Clean' spray...?
Just don't breathe it, don't get it on rubber/pets/eyeballs....!
Carb clean and a toothbrush (or small metal brush of some description) might do it. But you'll probably be better off finding a place that just does it all, hehe. Maybe ask on the Skyline boards, AntiLag, MOGWA...
