Just uploaded the fruits of two months' labour... and it's definitely been worth all the hassle!

We have extra kilowatts. We have extra torque from 4500rpm through to 8000rpm. And it's all way more policeman-friendly than a big, noisy pod filter. 
Hope you enjoy reading it. I certainly had a ball doing the research and development!

The results of your hard work look good Rich !!
If you do end up getting the induction system professionally made, could you let me know the price. Maybe it might be a bit cheaper if you get a couple of them made up at once..

i have an idea myself, but with little knowledge about cars it might not even work..
Here it goes:
keeping the orginal airbox AND the panel filter, but having a pipe going from the box to the facelift fog light hole. Then attaching a pod filter there... is that possible??? having both panel and pods working together??
it will definately look stock as nothing has been tampered with from the box to the engine. |

Here's a sneak peek of Version 2.5.
Less duct tape and more clamps, hehe. Still a bit DIY in that the upper ABS pipe join is industrial adhesive.
I'm getting it dyno'd tomorrow. Fingers crossed it's all good.

110kW at the wheels is good? Good!
They are in Malaga. It cost $70. They were good to talk to... and were very happy to discuss any aspect of the process, results, etc.

No idea about cost per hour.
And I don't have a fuel computer, so there's nothing to tune!
