Contact Malcom Crockenberg @ crockenberg motors (www.crockenbergmotors.com.au). He does all this type of stuff and he is the local Ralliart guy and all round general Magic-hands when it comes to Mitsubishi's in WA. He also works on WRC and ARC cars when they are in town.
