Could it be my stepper motor again?

Well my battery went dead yesterday and now my car stalls at idle like it did before I changed my stepper motor.

The stepper motor I put in was brand new 2 years ago.

Any thoughts? Alternator maybe?

Just to add when the aircon is on it doesnt stall :/
