How much can you expect to pay for an FTO in WA?
I'm hoping to move to Perf from the UK next year and don't know if I should ship my FTO over, or sell & buy in Oz. Confused

A standard GR cost me just over 5k here, which is about $12,700.

Cheers
Vic Very Happy

Sounds like it would work out about the same with shipping et. al.

The cheapest GPX are selling here in Perth for around $13,000.

if i was you i would bring over a car with you that is cheap in the UK and that are not available here or are very expensive here but are cheap in the UK, then after you get here you can sell it make a profit, then buy a nice FTO

one example would be

post 1996 VR4 Galant or Legnum, can not buy it here

what suggestions do other members have

you could check this site to see some prices and makes of cars available in Oz

I think there are rules about having owned the car a certain amount of time in the originating country, in order to bring it in without paying all the duty/tax.... I assume that was the plan...
