hi i wanted to know where i would go in repairing my gearbox on my fto. any one got a good place. pls reply asap.

I've never needed any gearbox repairs. However, Mal Crockenberg did my clutch replacement, and I know he does the "innards" too. He's in Welshpool - 9358 0302.

My sister-in-law had her 2nd gear synchro fail, and the place she took it to did a great job. I've just got the details off her for ya... Perth Gearbox Differential and Clutch Centre - Belmont - 9777 2344.

That was for a manual, though. If it's an auto, then you could check out the standard Mitsubishi servicing centres, as the INVECS-II type gearbox is now in loads of Aussie cars. It shouldn't be hard to find someone who knows their way around it.
