where is the best place to get CAI for an fto and how much does it cost?

One place is here... http://www.uniqueautosports.com/. Definitely one of the nicer setups, as it's built to minimise sucking in dodgy hot air from the engine bay.

Try to avoid anything that slaps a pod filter straight into the engine bay.

I went a different way. Replaced the battery with a flatter one, repositioned the airbox and reworked the piping so it was less restrictive. Lots of work, but it takes clean air from the same place as the factory system (inside "dead" cavity in front spoiler), looks near-standard and is quieter than a pod thingy.

I'm going to sell my arc intake chamber set-up which is worth $600 just for $300.

The set-up includes a K&N air filter, healt shield and APP piping from the front.
