I searched all over and cant find a part number.
These are also known as boots, bellows and dust covers.



Camskill sell them.

Bellows, steering gear
Driver (or both) side
MB350581 (or MB501711)

It's apparently used on squillions of different Mitsubishis. It's probably the Lancer one! Smile

Double-check it before parting with your hard-earned cash please.

thanx Rich, The part number mb 501711 was the right one. ended up getting them from repco for $11 each. repco part number RRB042, just in case anyone needs to know.
didnt take long to change, needed a ball joint splitter though. once again repco part again $30.

At a guess, I'd say it was a superceded part number. Valid, but old.

Hey, I just plug the numbers into the dodgy old Mitsubishi CAPS program, and it spits out cryptic data! Smile

What it means is often open to interpretation...
